My web site is under construction!

My site www.weeluckycharms is currently under construction, I am building it anew so it may take a few days for it to appear. It's been a while since I've uploaded new pictures to my site, now I will add all the dolls I made lately, also will make a gallery for my older work. My website builder seems to be easy but I still need to learn how it works and all it can do so be patient and check back soon!

First doll with new leg joints!

Today I have finished assembling my new doll, she is the first one with my newly designed legs. Her knee joints are slightly thiner which looks more delicate when bent, the balls go more inside the joint and that helps the pose to be more sturdy.
I just enjoy posing her! In the near future I would like to make a video on posing my dolls...
This Mongolian beauty with rosy cheeks is already reserved!

Shoes...Shoes...Shoes!

As you have seen already in my earlier posts my friend Tiffa makes most beautiful shoes, she had made a new line with so many different styles of shoes and she takes orders!!!

My workshop!

A little corner of my work shop where I do my china painting, nice lighting from the window and a daylight lamp, and you can see I am always in a good company :)

This summer I got a commission to make a 10.5 inch girls so my new BIG project is making the molds of my 13 inch doll!!!
My prototype is now ready and I will be molding the parts this September!

Working on new knee and hip joints!

It had been a while since my last post, I had been busy with some new projects as well as working on my commission orders and had very little time keeping up my blog. Also I am in the process of changing my web site because I am having hard time with my old web site builder so it is the reason why I haven't added any new pictures to my site.

I have decided to change the knees and hip joints on my doll, so had sculpted the entire leg parts, today I am making the molds:

My next post I will show another project I've started, which I am excited about, it will add to the variety of orders I will be taking.

I didn't kill this little guy, I found him lifeless in my workshop and decided to keep him. The girl on the photo is getting her china paint layers done.

Bday gift from a friend!

Last week I got a most amazing Birthday gift from my dear friend Tiffa!

The painting painted by her husband of a doll I've made for Tiffa a while ago, it is huge (39 by 26 inches) and so beautiful, also Tiffa had made a set of earrings for me, left me speechless, Thank you so much guys!!!

Hello friends, I have listed on eBay my new beautiful doll "Angel's eyes", the auction will go on for 7 days!

This it the first doll from my latest prototype and as you noticed has the double jointed hip which gives her more posing variety. She is 13 inch (33cm) tall - my favorite size, I also have the single jointed hip for this prototype which makes her slightly shorter (the example of this type joint you will see soon :).
The wings took me many hours to make, they are very light (just like angel's wings should be :)), glued feather by feather from both sides, a small fur vest to hold them in place.
Her dress/corset (love making corsets by the way) is made with tiny zipper in the back, and a few swarovski crystals to decorate her outfit.
Her face I can not describe, it leaves me speechless, so let the picture speak for it self!
